This book was not as well written as some of the previous in the series. There were several places where I thought I must have been missing pages because what was being said made no sense [(for example at the end of Chapter 4 when Tammad says he is going to unband her, I thought that she passes out but at the beginning of Chapter 5, the men say she tried to commit suicide. But shortly thereafter, she has a philosophical discussion with the men about honor and monsters, has a meal and then she is given to Dallan for sex. Now, if someone attempts suicide, how the heck would that person have anything near the energy needed to do all that stuff. And why doesn't the author explain how she attempted suicide? To me, that is a pretty big plot twist that should have been better spelled out). (hide spoiler)] There were a couple other places in the plot where this problem cropped up as well and that diminished my reading enjoyment.

Also, it seemed to me that Terry was unhappy throughout this book, dispite her continual comments on how much she loved Tammad. It seemed to me like she was trying to convince herself that her love for him was worth all the junk that came with being with him and that wasn't really working out.

As for Tammad, he seemed pretty much a jerk in this book and I think he deserved every nasty thing that happened to him in the palace. Maybe it would have made him think twice about the way he treated Terry, except he was too busy unbanding her to have done that.

The end of the book is a set up for the last of the series which I sort of expected.

I have enjoyed watching the characters develop over the course of the series and I liked meeting the female warrior characters in this book. There appears to be a section of the story missing around location 5959.

I purchased this along with Warrior Within, I thoroughly enjoy Sharon Green and am intriqued by the possibility of people with ESP keeping us honest, always supposing they are themselves, I also always knew life on another planet would have different rules

A great book for anyone wishing to know more obout bulldog breeds, it also expells some of the myths surrounding fighting dog breeds. this book does not promote the fighting of dogs, but does explain the history of the barbarrick so called sport.

Excellent review of the world's most powerful dogs

Whether or not this book is new or old to the dog world in general, it wasn't new to me. I hadn't heard of several of the dogs contained herein, and it was very interesting to see what they look like and read about their history and gameness.

I learned quite a bit about gameness, and the inappropriately labeled "sport" of dogfighting, although this book DOES NOT (nor do I) support or promote dogfighting. I also learned that Dr. Semencic really likes the American Pit Bull Terrier - as it is the gamest of all breeds.

For someone who didn't know very much about the so-called fighting dogs going in, this was an excellent introduction. The information was accessible, and pictures contained within were helpful in getting a good feel for each dog that was discussed.

Finally we have a book on the market that its author, as the name suggests, is of Russian origin and she knows first-hand what she is talking about!
I read the book over and over. It’s packed with very useful information, details and guidance on what to do, and what not to do, if you wish to use Russian social media in order to enter the lucrative Russian market to sell goods or services.
The book is easy to read and to follow. The language is simple and to the point. The nine chapters of the book cover and answer almost all questions that anyone might have on the subject.

It's one thing to understand international/English-language social media and it's another thing to understand social media in a large domestic market such as Russia, with all its peculiarities. What a great breakdown of the networks. Surprisingly this book goes into what countries other than Russia use these social platforms - there is Ukraine and Belarus and a few other ex-soviet block countries that connect using predominantly Russian social networks. So in fact this book covers all Russian speaking countries. I don't think there is anything like it out there, its a fantastic guide on Russian online marketing.
